Warning Continues For
  The Mississippi River At St. Louis
* From Tuesday Morning To Saturday March 20.
* At  8:00 Pm Friday The Stage Was 24.2 Feet. 
* Flood Stage Is 30.0 Feet. 
* Minor Flooding Is Forecast.
* Forecast...Rise Above Flood Stage By Late Tuesday Morning And 
  Continue To Rise To Near 30.5 Feet By Wednesday Evening. The River 
  Will Fall Below Flood Stage By Next Friday Morning.
* Impact...At 31.0 Feet...Water Begins Entering The Downtown Parking 
  Garage.
* Impact...At 30.0 Feet...Floodwall At Lacledes Landing Is Closed.
* Impact...At 26.0 Feet...At 26 Feet, Several Levees Protect 2000 
  Acres.
